Information we may receive
When you ask about a subscription or contact support, we may receive your email address, WhatsApp messages, the plan duration you choose, your country or region, and details needed to answer questions about availability. We may also receive the payment method you intend to use and a transaction reference or confirmation needed to match a payment to your order.
If you request technical help, you may share the device model, player application, error messages and relevant troubleshooting details. Please do not send account passwords, full payment-card numbers, banking passwords or other highly sensitive credentials by WhatsApp or email.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request time and security logs. External page resources, including Google Fonts and images served from Unsplash, may cause your browser to connect directly to those providers and send ordinary request data.

WhatsApp, email and other providers
If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp and its related service providers process your communications under their own terms and privacy information. Email services also process messages sent through them. The website is hosted through a web-hosting provider when deployed; it also loads third-party font and image resources described above. These providers process information under their own policies and may process it outside Quebec or Canada, depending on their systems and settings.
Payment options can vary. Before you pay, CAIPTV should identify the payment route and any third-party payment provider being used. That provider may process payment details under its own privacy terms. CAIPTV does not ask you to send banking passwords or full card credentials through WhatsApp or email.
Disclosure and security
We may share information with providers that help us deliver hosting, communications, payment handling or support, and when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law. We do not publish your private support messages as testimonials without permission.
CAIPTV will use reasonable safeguards designed to protect order and contact information against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of online communication or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive credentials through ordinary messages.
How long information is kept
CAIPTV does not use one fixed retention period for every type of information. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to a request, administer a subscription or renewal, resolve support and refund issues, maintain required business records, protect the service or comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
